SilverScript is the prescription drug plan for Medicare-eligible participants in a Pfizer Medicare Advantage option or a Pfizer Prescription Drug-Only option.

SilverScript coverage is provided by SilverScript^® Insurance Company which is affiliated with CVS Caremark^®, Pfizer’s current pharmacy benefit manager.

The plan combines Medicare Part D prescription drug benefits with additional Pfizer benefits to provide you with the same level of coverage as those who are not eligible for Medicare. With the Rx Plus option, you will continue to receive most Pfizer medications (when no generic is available) at no cost to you.

You can have your prescriptions filled at one of SilverScript’s more than 60,000 network pharmacies across the country, including preferred and standard retail, mail order, long term care, home infusion and other pharmacies. Use the Pharmacy Locator tool to find a pharmacy near you.

Remember: if you want to change your Pfizer medical or prescription drug option, you must make the change during Pfizer’s annual enrollment. For 2025 coverage, annual enrollment starts on October 14, 2024 and ends on October 25, 2024.

You can receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) online!
Save time, stay organized and reduce clutter by getting your EOB online instead by mail. The paperless online EOB is safe and secure and provides the same information in the same format as the paper EOB that you receive in the mail. You will be notified by email when you have a new EOB to view. To get started, visit Caremark.com  to register. You can opt in or opt out of paperless online EOBs at any time.
